Squadrons whose members attend briefing and are prepared. This is awarded to squadrons who show up prepared, and don't ask questions that were covered in the Mission Plans and Briefing. Also squadrons who show up ready to train and put forth top notch effort.

308th FS is awarded this medal for their role in OTB
